Wrap-Ups and Readathons

What I Read This Year

It is the end of 2014! I have posted my ‘Top 14 Books of 2014‘, so I feel it is about time that 2014 was put behind me and I wrapped up this fantastic reading year with a complete list of everything I have read this year and my rating of it.

2014 was the year that I got back into reading properly, so unsurprisingly there are some pretty big name books on here that I just hadn’t read beforehand. Across the course of the year, I have read a grand total of 155 books, short stories and poems, and I am very pleased with this count. I am going to break this down into three separate categories (books, short stories and poems) and compile the complete list of works I have read throughout 2014. If I have a review of a mentioned book, then I will link it  to the title. If not, then given the amount of books I am listing here, I am not giving any review past my star rating. I am not counting any rereads that I did not keep track of (such as ‘Harry Potter’… I probably reread that at least twice this year, but I’ve given up keeping track of when I do so). So this is it, me putting the final nail in 2014’s reading coffin.
